Wall-E Movie Storyline
In the distant, but not so unrealistic, future where mankind has abandoned the Earth as it is covered with garbage from products sold by the powerful multi-national Buy N Large corporation, WALL-E, collecting garbage. The robot is left to clean up the restaurant. Playing with the trinkets of Earth's history and playing tunes, WALL-E is the only one on Earth, leaving only a domesticated cockroach. One day, EVE, a sleek (and dangerous) reconnaissance robot, is sent to Earth to discover that life is once again sustainable.
WALL-E falls in love with EVE. WALL-E rescues EVE from a dust storm and shows her a living plant found among the debris. In line with its "instructions", EVE takes the plant and automatically enters a dormant state, leaving a blinking green beacon.
WALL-E does not understand what has happened to his new friend, but, true to his love, he protects her from wind, rain, and lightning, even being unresponsive. One day a vast ship arrives to retrieve EVE, but WALL-E, stepping out of love or loneliness, stops a ride outside the ship to save EVE. The ship returns to a large space cruise ship, carrying all the humans that had evacuated the Earth 700 years earlier. Earthlings roam around this place on riding chairs, giving them a constant feed of TV and video chatting.
They drink all their food through a straw from laziness and/or bone loss and are all so fat that they can barely walk. When the auto-pilot computer, acting on hasty instructions, sent several centuries ago, tries to stop the Earthlings from stealing the plant, WALL-E, EVE, partially Captain, and A band of broken robots stage a mutation.
