Back to the Outback Full Movie Story
The movie is set in the Australian Wildlife Park in Sydney and follows a group of animals led by Maddie, an inland taipan snake, who is feared by the public. Maddie is supported by her friends: Jackie, a saltwater crocodile, Frank, a funnel-web spider, Zoe, a thorny devil, and Nigel, a marbled scorpion. When Jackie is wrongly removed from the zoo after trying to save Chaz's son, Maddie decides to escape to the Outback with her friends to find a place where they can live happily.
During their escape, they encounter Pretty Boy, a celebrity koala, who tries to alert the park's security but is paralyzed by Nigel. The group takes Pretty Boy with them, but he is caught on a security camera exhibiting signs of rabies. They later meet Jacinta, a great white shark and Ugly Secret Society (USS) member, where "monster" animals help each other. Pretty Boy, who is initially reluctant, joins them on their journey after discovering that he has been replaced in the public's affection by a quokka.
They travel to the Blue Mountains on an excursion bus, pursued by Chaz and Chazzie. They manage to escape with the help of an Aboriginal girl. Chaz reveals his true motivations to Chazzie, who becomes uncertain about the mission. Along the way, the group receives assistance from various USS creatures. Maddie shares a lullaby that reminds her of her mother, and Pretty Boy reveals that he was also orphaned.
Eventually, they reach the three mountains in the Outback. Chaz captures Frank, Zoe, and Nigel, but Chazzie releases Maddie. Maddie seeks help from the animals of the land, who initially refuse. However, Pretty Boy returns after realizing his dissatisfaction with the koala community. Together, they rescue their captured friends and save Chazzie from a dangerous situation.
In the end, Chaz sees the creatures as heroes and allows them to return to the wild. The group reunites with Jackie, who is revealed to be the head of the USS. They all join their new life in the Outback, where they can live freely and happily.
